It started with Nadine, a single mother raising two daughters who understood what it means to need support and to give it. She found her calling in the homes and lives of seniors, bringing genuine companionship, a steady presence, and the kind of care that makes a difference.
Spending her childhood watching Nadine work gave Amanda a perspective most people in this industry don't have: a deep, personal understanding of what it really means to have the right people in your corner. Not just capable people… the right people. People who listen, who notice the small things, who make someone feel seen and valued rather than managed.
